Contact us

Support hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00 (WAT). We aim to reply within one business day. For anything concerning the immediate safety of a child, follow your organization’s safeguarding procedure first.

Getting started

Create your organization in the app, add your first branch, then open a session when families begin to arrive. Parents join your organization with your org code or by scanning your QR code.

How check-in works

At drop-off, a parent presents a single-use code that hands the child to a worker at the door. The parent is notified the moment the child is checked in. At pickup, only an adult the parent has authorized can collect the child, and the record shows exactly who collected them and when.

Managing your plan and billing

You can view and change your subscription on the web at gethavyn.app/billing. Sign in there to upgrade, renew, or switch between monthly and annual billing. On iPhone, the billing screen is view-only; manage changes on the web, and they appear in the app automatically.

Your data and privacy

If you are a parent or guardian and want to access, correct, or delete a child’s record, contact the organization that registered the child. For how we handle personal information, including children’s data, see our Privacy Policy.
