Licence

Subject to your compliance with this Licence and our Terms of Service, AGT grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable licence to install and use the Havyn mobile and web applications for your organization’s legitimate check-in and safeguarding purposes.

You may not, and may not permit anyone else to:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the applications, except as allowed by law.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code, except to the limited extent the law expressly permits.
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the applications or your rights under this Licence.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, or use our names, logos, or branding without permission.
• Use the applications to build a competing product or service.

The Havyn applications are licensed, not sold. AGT and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the applications, including all intellectual property rights. This Licence grants you no rights other than those expressly stated.

If you obtained Havyn through the Apple App Store or Google Play, your use is also subject to that store’s terms. Where this Licence conflicts with the store’s usage rules, the store’s rules apply to the extent of the conflict for that download. The relevant app store is not responsible for the applications or for support, which AGT provides.

We may provide updates, which may be installed automatically or which you may need to install to keep using the service. Updates are covered by this Licence unless they come with separate terms.

This Licence applies until terminated. It ends automatically if you breach it, and we may terminate it if you breach our Terms of Service. On termination, you must stop using and remove the applications. The ownership, restriction, and liability provisions survive termination.

The applications are provided “as is”, and the disclaimers and the limitation of liability in our Terms of Service apply to this Licence to the fullest extent permitted by law.
