Create your space
Register your organization in Havyn. In one step, Havyn sets up your organization, your first location, and you as its founding administrator — and hands you a short join code and a QR code to share. Choose your type (worship center, school, daycare, or other) and Havyn tailors its wording to match how you talk about your space.

Invite your families
Share your join code or QR code however you like — a flier at the door, a message to your group, a post. Families enter it in the Havyn app and they're connected to you, ready to add their children. There's no account-creation work on your side.

Open a session when your program starts
When it's time to begin, an administrator opens a session — like opening the doors. While it's open, families check their children in and out.

Check children in and out
As families arrive, each child is checked in with their one-time code. Your live roster shows everyone currently in your care, with allergy flags front and center. You can search by child, family, or parent in a tap.

Only the right adult collects each child
A child can only be collected by a parent, a guardian, or someone the parent has specifically delegated with a code and private PIN. Every check-out is recorded — so you always have a clear answer to "who collected this child, and when."

Close the session — and never lose track of a child
When your program ends, you close the session. If a child still hasn't been collected, Havyn flags it as overdue and alerts both you and the parent, and keeps reminding until the child is safely picked up. No child is ever forgotten.
